4. Fees and Payment
All fees, prices, and charges are stated in the applicable currency unless otherwise specified.
Payment may be required in full or in part before confirmation of a booking, purchase, registration, or enrolment. A place in a programme or an order is not guaranteed until payment has been received and accepted.
We reserve the right to update pricing, fees, and payment terms at any time. Any updated pricing will generally apply to future purchases or registrations and not to transactions already confirmed, unless otherwise stated.
5. Refunds, Returns, Cancellations, and Continued Learning Support
Refunds, returns, cancellations, rescheduling, transfers, and continued learning support are governed by our separate Refund, Returns, and Cancellation Policy.
By making a purchase or registration, you also agree to that Policy as it applies to the relevant product, programme, service, or order.
6. Learning Participation and Progress
ActsVille Academy is committed to providing a supportive and structured learning environment. However, learning progress may vary from one participant to another.
Any examples, testimonials, descriptions of outcomes, or programme goals shared on our website, in marketing materials, or during communication are intended for general information only and do not constitute a guarantee of identical results for every participant.
For programmes involving children or teenagers, progress may depend on multiple factors, including participation, consistency, readiness, family support, school environment, and other personal or developmental circumstances.
7. Learning Continuation Arrangements
Where applicable, certain programmes may include continued learning support or eligibility for additional learning arrangements, subject to ActsVille Academy’s review, programme criteria, availability, and applicable policy terms.
Any such arrangement is not a cash refund and is not exchangeable for cash unless expressly stated otherwise.
