Ms. Ang Ching Ting (Ms. Ang)
Founder, Executive Director
- 20 Years of Educational Experience: A career spanning two decades within the Ministry of Education (MOE), from primary school educator to national-level Master Trainer and Teacher Educator.
- Lecturer at IPGM Kampus Ilmu Khas: Currently lecturing at the Institute of Teacher Education, Malaysia (IPGM) campus; Formerly served as a Master Trainer at the English Language Teaching Centre (ELTC), Ministry of Education.
- Doctor of Education (EdD) Candidate: Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education and holding a Master’s in Education from University of Malaya.
- Master Trainer of ActsVille Academy: The lead trainer of all pedagogical frameworks and learning standards.
- HRD Corp Accredited Trainer: A certified professional for high-standard training delivery.
- Social Impact: Successfully empowered over 1,000 educators, parents, and professionals through high-impact emotional intelligence training.

- PMP® Certified Global Project Lead: 15 years of experience managing 2,200+ global projects (USD 500M+) for MNCs including Shell, Citibank, Petronas, Thermos, and etc.
- Master of Education (MEd) Candidate: Currently pursuing educational research to bridge corporate strategic precision with pedagogical excellence.
- Certified Mental Health First Aider (MMHA): Accredited by the Malaysian Mental Health Association, ensuring a safe and professionally guarded learning environment.
- HRD Corp Accredited Trainer: A certified industry trainer ensuring all programmes meet national professional training standards.
- Award-Winning Leadership: Led ActsVille to secure the Parents’ Choice Award for two consecutive years as the “Best EQ Coaching Programme for Kids.” 2025 & 2026.
